Shipping policy
What ships
Only physical prints ship. Development work, booking-app installs, care plans, retainers and digital files are delivered electronically and have no shipping cost.
Production time
Prints are made to order. Allow three to five working days for printing and finishing before the order is collected by a courier.
South Africa
We ship nationwide by courier. Main centres usually arrive within two to four working days of dispatch; outlying areas can take five to seven. Shipping is quoted at checkout based on size and destination.
International
We ship internationally on request. Email keagan@funlifemedia.co with the print and your destination and we will quote before you order. Import duties and taxes are payable by you, and are not included in our shipping charge.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the courier collects. If tracking has not moved after two working days, tell us and we will chase it.
Damage in transit
Prints are shipped in rigid tubes or flat-packed with board. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the print and email us within 14 days — we will replace it at no cost. See our refund policy for details.
